    THAT IS WRONG!!!!!
My current subscription is for $18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You had better not auto renew for $99!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To make that a default is theft!
Your auto renewal should be for the current subscription and no more.
    CHANGE YOUR WAYS NOW!!!!
    THIS IS WRONG!
If I want my site to auto renew, it should be at the current subscription I have.
I shouldn’t have to do anything but let it renew.
If I want to upgrade, that is my choice and not yours to make for me.
I would suspect to have to do something extra if I wanted to upgrade.
Please change my settings now so the site will auto renew at the current rate.

  • Hi there – your site has two different upgrades owned by two different user accounts. You own the domain greaterthingsministry.com which costs $18.00 per year. Auto renew is not currently enabled for it, so you can renew it manually any time here:
    https://greaterthingsministry.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

Also, the user “Richard Taylor” on your site owns a $99.00 premium upgrade and he currently has that set up to automatically renew. He can disable the auto renew for it in the same place:
    https://greaterthingsministry.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

If he would like to cancel that upgrade, please have him contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help him out!

Yes, I do own two different sites and yes, one of them is a premium site that we just purchased earlier this year and should not be up for renewal. The email I received specifically stated that my $18 dollar site was up for automatic renewal and if I didn’t do anything, it would renew at the premium price of $99. That is wrong.

  • Hi there – Your domain won’t renew at $99.00. It will renew at $18. I’m sending you an email, and you can forward the email you received, so I can take a look.

Note that the $18 upgrade and the $99 upgrade are not on two different sites. They are on the same site, but they’re owned by two different users. Does that make sense?
