  Hi
  i have chatting site and i am using Mibbit chat room on my site their is any plugin that i can use as a live chat room with same featured like mibbit one if yes please let me know thanks

  There is only one chat widget you can use on a site hosted by wordpress.COM and it is this one https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/tlk-io-widget/

  P.S. re: plugins
  You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs like yours and wordpress.ORG software installs. Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

  One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.

  Another is to create another wordpress.com hosted blog using the P2 Breathe theme https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/p2-breathe/ and and include a custom link to the new forum blog in your custom menu in your main blog.
