  I tried to change my theme but when i click on “activate” it redirects to a blank page… Can someone help me?

  There are some odd Dashboard problems tonight, and several people have reported this. We haven’t found a workaround yet. Report it to staff via your Contact Support button.

  I need to add a new theme that is not available in wordpress’ collection

  We can give you the definitive answer: external themes cannot be added to a blog at WordPress.com. Without a link to your blog, however, we cannot tell if you have a blog at WordPress.com.
