  Hey WordPress,

  I downloaded Chris Pearsons theme…http://pearsonified.com/theme/neoclassical/

  Im using his theme on my blog now..ra64freddy.wrodpress.com

  How can I use the one that I downloaded as my theme??

  You can’t. The only themes we can use on wordpress.com blogs are found here > Appearance Themes

  The one you downloaded is for different software ie. it’s for wordpress.ORG self hosted installs and cannot be used here. There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and we cannot upload themes or plugins into them.
