  Have you looked in the theme showcase? You can use the filters on that page to narrow down some of the 350+ available themes. Like:

  The theme I use is Chateau (https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/chateau/) , and as you can see on my blog you can customise the header image, the title colours and the widgets, and the layout is roughly as your image shows. However, there are several similar themes, and as justjennifer says, you can search with filters.
