  The single portfolio pages right now have a width of 552px. Add the following CSS and adjust the 852px example width I have as desired.

  .single-jetpack-portfolio .page-content, .single-jetpack-portfolio .entry-content, .single-jetpack-portfolio .entry-summary, .single-jetpack-portfolio .entry-header, .single-jetpack-portfolio .entry-meta {
      width: 852px;
  }

  The above targets only the single portfolio pages, such as the one that you referenced.
