Theme 2011 Screen size too small on Computer Screen

  I currently use 2011 Theme which I love. I am now creating a WordPress Websiite for my wife using the same theme (2011) With the Website I created for my wife, the information on the screen is much narrower (and the height is affected also) (viewing on a computer not a Smart phone or tablet) I selected Computer on the Customization Screen of Theme 2011. When I look at both my site (with 2011) is probably a third larger (on the computer screen) then my wife’s. Do you know how I can increase the size of my Wife’s Website presentation?

  Hey there,

  It sounds as if the zoom on your wife’s browser is different than yours. If she is using Firefox as you are, you can use the following instructions to change the viewing size:
  https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/font-size-and-zoom-increase-size-of-web-pages

  In Firefox, you can also click View in your menu. Then, Zoom → Reset.

  Thanks a million it worked like a charm. I am using Firefox. The funny thing was when I went to my WordPress site. It was “regular size” but my wife’s was smaller back to mine it was “regular size”. With your solution I increased my wife’s website size (on my monitor) without affecting my WordPress Website Tab. So I guess the zoom works for individual tabs / websites. This is the first time I have noticed this. Again really appreciate your help. Thanks Tom Nash

  PS. I just showed my wife Nicole the website (she didn’t know I was working on it) which focuses on her photography she was surprised and loved it .

  I’ve experienced the same thing with the zoom on our computers at home! Glad that worked out.
