Theme 2012. Carousel
-
I use Title, Headline and Description information. While Title and Headline are usually short, Description can be one or two paragraphs.
Using the Carousel feature in Jetpack….. the potential is massive …
but.. the actuality is a real mess. There is a huge amount of white space above and below the images and the Description text / headline is partially hidden at the bottom and not very well margined (relative to the image).
What can I do so I can get my text appearing on the page without scrolling. I expect my images will be a max of 800 x 500.
Here is a link.
http://mattobrienblogcom.fatcow.com/matt_blog/?page_id=4#jp-carousel-631I am experimenting with CSS right now, not getting very far, see that the Jetpack is overruling my child theme, etc..
(I have a separate issue with the full size image feature, but will ignore that for the moment ).
I am about to give up on Jetpack et al.
Any help appreciated.
