  I have a blue header that is showing up no matter what design theme I select. I have purchased Crisp, but it is not appearing correctly. How do I get rid of this blue header that appears no matter what theme I apply?

  This is being overwritten by the CSS rules that you have in your Custom CSS tab.

  Since you have a full theme’s CSS in there, you might want to just clear everything out, find a theme you link, then start working with the CSS again.
