can subscribe for one of the plan and use a theme that not exist in between the themes promoted with the plan? -
I’m not quite sure I understand your question fully, but all the themes that are available for WordPress.com sites are found in the theme directory here:
Third-party themes obtained outside of WordPress.com cannot be used here, no matter what upgrade you have.
Unlimited premium themes are available with the Business plan:

it may be one of the wordpress business plan but i cant check if its there or not before subscribe there, how can i make sure its there before subscription, because i may subscribe and find its not there.regards
