  I am trying to upload a blog theme i have downloaded. The instructions that come with the theme i have downloaded say go on to the dashboard>click on appearances> themes>add new…. but there is no add new button. PLEASE can someone tell me how to do this!!!!!!

  I’m sorry, WordPress.COM does not support uploading of custom WordPress themes on our service.

  WordPress.COM do not allow installing custom themes or plugins, this video is intend to self-hosted websites using the WordPress software.
