I recently received an email about a recent payment was made then charged back. I had my card cedit taken. The WordPress should have not be disputed however my bank did not listen. Where do I begin ? I would like to update my account with a new card and use the same theme I recently purchased. Thank you kindly.

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

Hi Alyssa,
As the charge was disputed we were never paid for the theme, and your bank should have refunded you the money you had paid for it.
This means you will need to buy the theme again using the correct card. So you need to go to My Site ->Themes and add the theme again from there as you did before. When you get to the checkout page you should then be able to pay for the theme by adding your new credit card details.
