  I bought a premium template for PLN 300 called Full Frame, but now I do not have this template at all, it has just been removed completely. Why, despite the purchase, I cannot use it? Please restore it to me or give the money back because I bought a template that I have no access to.

  The theme ypu mention is not available in the wordpress.com themes.
  If you want a third party theme as the one you bought – https://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/full-frame – on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business plan.

  No, this is not the template, I bought this https://wordpress.com/theme/full-frame/ when it was possible and now it is not even there and I do not have it among other templates, it has disappeared

  Hi there,

  Full-Frame is a retired Premium Theme. More information on retired themes here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/themes/retired-themes/

  Premium themes are usually retired because of severely outdated code, or when our third-party developer partners don’t want to maintain them any longer. Full-Frame is no longer updated and any issues that happen with the theme is no longer supported. Therefore, we definitely recommend choosing a current theme that will be updated and supported.

  However, if you really want to activate Full-Frame for your site, I can do it for you. Just please confirm in this thread.

  It will remain as long as you don’t switch to another theme.

  If you do, but want to switch back, just let us know and we can likely still activate it again.
