  We can’t add themes because we don’t have access to our templates here at WordPress.com. But you can go to your Dashboard and then to Design and check and preview the ones that are available. If you host your site yourselve, you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forum. http://wordpress.org/support/

  You cannot add new themes to wordpress. If you know CSS well, you can adapt them for WordPress, test them using the free Preview, and if they work you can purchase the CSS upgrade, which is good for a year and will allow you to make those changes permanent. Don’t buy the upgrade if you don’t know how to use CSS already, because there’s no help available.
