  I was looking for the Spectrum theme that one of my friends use. I don’t see it and wondered if anyone can advise me of a theme with the same functions.

  Unfortunately Spectrum theme is not a theme for WordPress.com, you can buy it in ThemeForest.net and use it on your self-hosted site with WordPress.org.
