When I originally set up the page I chose the template ‘Edin’. It took up the whole top of the page and had a call to action button and I cannot find that template again. Can you help?

I see that you’ve moved on to using Gateway. Are you still looking to return to Edin? If so, you can do so in your site’s Dashboard under Themes. For your above site that would be https://wordpress.com/design/pheasantmeadowsestates.wordpress.com If you don’t see the Edin theme you can use the search box to find it.
A theme’s showcase page has lots of great information on how to work with a theme and that should be your first stop when setting up a site. Some themes have special front page templates which is what you are describing above.
