  Hello, I try to install a theme that I bought the problem it is that he puts impossible to install him. Nevertheless I am the guide of installation and I do not find the button to add a theme.

  You aren’t able to upload custom themes here. You can read more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  You are only able to use or purchase themes from the Theme Showcase. https://theme.wordpress.com

  If you are wanting to use a specific theme that isn’t offered here, you may consider checking out WordPress.org. On WordPress.org, which is self hosted, you do have that capability. This page explains the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org in more detail.
