  I would like to see if it is possible to get a refund on my theme so I can choose a different one. The Luxury one I chose is not supporting my site in the way that I had hoped and I won’t be using it.

  Hi there,

  What I have done is provided you with a credit of $69 so that you can purchase a different theme. When going through checkout, you should be able to see the credit on your account. I have removed the other theme from your account.

  Hi there, thank you. In the meantime while I was waiting I ended up going with another host. I will maintain the one site I already have with wordpress but will not be needing to choose another theme now at all. Is it possible to be refunded instead? I would really appreciate it. Thanks
