theme

hello.
i have changed my theme, and it doesn’t look as it’s supposed to look. i do not have all the menus when you scroll down the page and also, an image should be on a whole page, but it appears only on the top.
I am very confused because i thought i can switch from one theme to another but i can’t. New theme’s background looks like the old ones design. How can i start from scratch?
ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you referring to https://azstudentconcierge.wordpress.com/? That blog/site is empty: no posts, no pages, no comments…
-
yes, because i have deleted my posts to download another theme. And now the appearance of new theme looks very weird. I want to start from scratch with new theme. Do you know how to do this?

Hi there,
As @galois said, your site is empty, except for the default content. If you want to start over with a new theme, go to My Site ->Themes and activate a new theme. It’s not something we can do for you.
There is no way to reset a theme itself to default once you have started customizing it. But if you open the Customizer you can click on each of the tabs and either click the Default button if the particular tab has one, or delete any items you have added.

Hello hello,
I have just customised my site and I don’t like it at all!
How can I go back to what I had before?
Everything has changed!
I’m useless with technology and just want it looking how it did before!
Please help!

I have no way to know what your site looked like before, and as you didn’t include a link to your site I don’t even have a way to know what it looks like right now.
If you made changes in the Customizer, open the Customizer again, go down the tabs on the left, and delete or set to default the options appearing in each tab.
If you’ve added posts or pages to your site that you don’t want any more, go to My Site ->Posts or My Site ->Pages and delete them there.
You might also want to work through this page before you do anything else. It will give you a better idea of what you can do and how to do it on WordPress.com:
