  I’d like my money back for theme Magazine i purchased as I didn’t know I had to then pay more money for options that I thought were part of the price I paid. I need a refund so I can choose a new theme and get my blog started. How do I contact the real WP customer service?

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds
