  I’m trying to purchase a theme and download it to use on another hosting site. Is this possible? Can I download the theme once I purchase it?

  Premium themes are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com to be used on a WordPress.org site.

  Your better bet would be to purchase the theme directly from the theme author.
