  Can you please provide more details regarding your question so that we can help you better?

  If you are trying to download themes from WordPress.com, then i am sorry you cannot do that. Because, themes on WordPress.COM are meant to be used on WordPress.COM sites only. If you want to download a theme, then you can go the WordPress.ORG theme directory and see if that theme is available there.

  Here on WordPress.COM, we are not allowed to upload custom themes, we can only use the themes that are present in the WordPress.COM themes gallery, and if you want to use a custom theme, then you might consider using WordPress.ORG.
