Hi!
I downloaded a free wordpress theme but when i tried to upload it it forwarded me to a page where it told me to upgrade to business in order to upload the theme. So i wonder, do i have to pay to be able to upload themes?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You could be confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites and wordpress.ORG self hosted sites. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
