Hi,
I wanted to buy this theme https://silviodemo.wordpress.com/ however when i was trying to checkout i saw a message which says the plan will auto renew every year.
Does this mean the $75 charged for this theme will have to paid every year?

You have several ways to use premium themes.
When you purchase a premium theme, that theme is available for the lifetime of that blog.
Alternatively, a Premium or Business plan will include premium themes, and you’ll be billed for the corresponding service annually service annually. Check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/

Hi,
Okay i want to buy the premium theme to use in some other hosting server and not with wordpress. Can i pay the one time fee of $75 and use it in other servers without yearly plans?

I did a test purchase of the theme and I did not see anything about auto-renew. I did have “Premium Theme: Silvio – never expires” in the order summary.
In addition, I do not think what you’d like to do is possible.
Please not this important information on this support page (https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/#how-to-get-a-premium-theme):
“Note About Downloading Premium Themes
Premium Themes that are set up for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed Premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the Premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies.”
I would advise you to check on this before proceeding. Then if you do decide to purchase the theme, double check that you are just getting the theme and not a plan. You will not be paying annually for a theme.
