  I am trying to ‘try & customize’ a theme for my new blog but anytime I try to customize it takes me to the time warner cable website and whenever I try to activate the theme it says ‘contact support’.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Which page are you seeing this on? Please share the link where you see the “Try & customize” button, I will have a look at it and suggest further.

  I checked out the domain aluckylittlelife.com and its nameservers points to justhost.com To be able to use this domain with your wordpress blog you need to map the domain via your blog’s dashboard. You can read more about how you can do that here http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/.

  But i sense that your blog is not hosted at wordpress.com but rather at wordpress.org which is self hosted. Read more about the differnce here https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
