  how to get back to the old theme?

  I would need more information to understand your problem.
  What happened to your old theme? Did you change it and want the old one back or has the theme been updated?

  If you changed it and you still have the name of your previous theme, you can search for it here :
  https://wordpress.com/themes
  Once you find it, just click on the theme and click on activate this design.
