  We have a theme that we bought from Envato Studio, how can we upload to our wordpress site?

  If we subscribe the Personal plan, can we access to that feature (adding new themes outside wordpress)?

  Hi there,

  No. Only Business Plan has a feature to upload custom themes. But you do get dozens of free themes with Personal Plan.

  WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plan includes a Custom Design feature that allows you to edit the look and feel of any WordPress.com theme, but Premium plan will not allow you to upload themes bought elsewhere.
