  Hi there, in case you are inquiring about one of your other sites on the WPcom platform, every site is based on a theme that you can choose and activate through your site’s Design>Themes dashboard or via the Theme Showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you are looking to upload a custom built theme, that would require an upgrade to either the Business or eCommerce plan.
