  That depends what you want for your site. You can type in to the search bar of https://wordpress.com/themes/ the subject you want your site to focus on (writing, fashion, business etc.). There are also many other options, for example themes with specific features, layouts, subjects, styles, and more. You can find them all at https://wordpress.com/themes/, and decide on the best one for your site. Once you’ve found one you like, there will be an option to ‘Activate this design’ on the information page.
