    My themes are not installing properly i want to restart this site.
    I want a fresh new start

    Hi there,

    What are the names of the themes are you trying to activate? Or is it a custom theme you are trying to install? You can only install custom themes on WordPress.com via the Business and eCommerce Plans:

    http://wordpress.com/plans

    If you are trying to empty your site and start over, our support page can assist you in this process.
    If you have tons of content on your blog, we can do it for you, but you can accomplish clearing your site fairly easily with bulk actions whenever you’re ready.

    Are you wanting your theme reverted to its original layout as well? If so, I can go ahead and empty the site and reset the theme for you.
