  Why i can not get upload theme option

  Hi there,

  Thank you for reaching out.

  Could you please tell us the address of the site you need help with?

  If your website is on WordPress.com, then you need to have Business or eCommerce plans to be able to upload custom themes. The thing is that custom themes can potentially be a source of security defects/vulnerabilities, that is why they are not available for all.

  But even under a free plan you can activate a trusted themes from themes directory here: https://wordpress.com/themes/free.
