I just changed theme and and when I go to my blog it isn’t updated but looks updated when I go to customized.

I’m sorry you’re encountering that problem. It looks like your theme is currently set to ‘sunspot’.
It is possible that you are still seeing a version of your site that is stored on your computer to speed up the loading times. This is called your ‘cache’. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies, as described in the below link?
Hopefully this helps, but if not, please let us know the name of which theme you are expecting to see so we can investigate.
