  Hi, I want a activate the OceanWP theme for my shoes16 website but it doesn’t work. Do I need to create a new account to change my Website theme?

  Hi,

  OceanWP isn’t in the WordPress.com themes library. It’s a third-party theme that’s available to WordPress.org users, and to WordPress.com users with the Business Plan. See the explanation by @staff-zinnia in the January 2020 forum topic Ocean WP.

  Do I need to create a new account to change my Website theme?

  No, you may change themes whenever you like on a single account.

  Hey there, the site shoes16.fr isn’t hosted here with us. Can you try searching for the error you get when trying to install? That will likely turn up the answer for you, but if not, you’ll want to create an account at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site and ask there. Just be sure to share the error too.
