Hi! Your current theme is Snaps, which is a theme intended to show off portfolio projects on the front page:

https://wordpress.com/theme/snaps/popfashionnewsblog.wordpress.comIt looks like your blog isn’t set up to use portfolio projects, as it focuses on your blog posts. The theme itself isn’t designed to show your blog posts in the same way as the projects, but you can recreate something like the theme demo by doing the following:
- Create a static front page:
https://support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ - Insert a Query Loop block on your new front page, and set it up to show your posts with only the Post Featured Image in the “Post Template” block. There is also a setting to turn the Post Featured Image into a link to the blog post. You can set the Query Loop to display in a grid too:
