  My theme is not showing up correctly, it says it is active, and while editing, shows a blue background, but on the actual website balletbuy.org, there is no blue background and I do not know how to fix it.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  It sounds like you’re looking to unlock advance custom styles, which are changes that are made via the site editor, which is possible on a WordPress.com Premium plan.
