Theme & Ad questions

I’m pondering starting a new blog that I hope to use Google AdSense with. I know you can’t do it with a wordpress.com domain.
However, if I purchase a *.com* account from here (https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/), will that allow me to use Google AdSense w/o repercussion?
Also…can I use my own theme from this site (http://my.studiopress.com/themes/)?

To be crystal clear
(1) there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows blogger initiated advertising on a free hosted WordPress.com blog;
(2) there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows installing any third party theme on a free hosted WordPress.com blog, or editing existing templates and themes;
(2) there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows you to install plugins on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. -
(1)There is only one advertising program called WordAds at WordPress.com and it’s for blogs on their own domains. Aside from a blog being accepted into WordAds http://www.wordads.co/ no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.com blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com. Paid content and/or sponsored content is not allowed.

You cannot build your own theme here. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
