Theme ‘Add new theme’ button missing

  I have downloaded a WordPress theme but can’t install it, as the ‘Add new theme’ button is missing. How can I solve that problem????

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To upload your own custom theme would require an upgrade to the WordPress.com Business Plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
