Theme + Admin Screen Help

  Hello! I need help regarding themes and plugins. Disclaimer, I’m not sure if my WordPress is upgraded to 6.0 and who is hosting the website. How do I figure that out?

  Continuing, the plugin option isn’t available in the admin screen menu sidebar. And when I try to change the theme, there isn’t even an option to select a new one. It just displays the current theme. How can I work around this? Thank you in advance.
