Theme alteration gone horribly wrong

I set up a site yesterday, liked my theme The Spun theme but then stupidly tried to play around with all the details etc. Now I can’t seem to just go back to how the theme originally was. Now it’s showing my about section in the middle of the page and none of my uploads are coming up.
I just want it to go back to its original settings. I don’t know whether to delete and empty all the contents of my site or what.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

DON’T DELETE THE SITE – don’t delete any content – if a blog is deleted the name can never be used again even by you
