Theme and domain expired! How do I get my site back?

  • Unknown's avatar

Help! I never got a notification that my premium plan and domain was expiring. Now most of my work is gone. How do I go about getting it back? If I start a new premium plan, will it go back to the way it was? I can’t even find a record of what the theme was called, but I do have my posts and media. I guess I didn’t know I could export the site before. Am I going to need to rebuild my site from next to scratch? Yikes! What do I need to do?
    -Thanks!

Thank you. I think I’m missing something. That link brought me to the same spot I was when I posted this (to the forum), and I can’t find any links to support team or other emails.

    -Thanks!
