theme and plugin suggestion?

  I am looking to build a simple website that lets users send their personal information and send files to the administrator. What is the best WordPress Plug in and theme to use. Its is a competition and users will fill in forms. There also should be an option to upload a video file and images.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think you’re look for WordPress.ORG

  wordpress.COM doesn’t accept plug-ins.

  I know the difference about .ORG and COM. All I am asking is suggestions on plugin / theme for my website

  Hi, if you take a moment to read the Support doc noirciplume linked to, you’ll note that on WordPress.com we cannot use plugins. So, if the site you are talking about is hosted here on WordPress.com, we cannot help you.

  If the site you are talking about is self-hosted using the WordPress.org software, you’ll have to seek help over at http://wordpress.org/support/
