theme and plugins

    i want to install a theme which i downloaded from another site now in the procedure it is written dashboard=>appearance=>theme =>ADD NEW !! but there is no add new button someone help pls.

    Hi, crackify!

    You are hosting your site with WordPress.com. So you can’t install theme you got. The theme you got is for self-hosted website (WordPress.org). So if you really wanna use that theme, you have to run your site with WordPress.org
