Theme and website not working

  Hello,

  I am trying to get some information about a website that I ran for two months. The website was self hosted, but it suffered a problem when i went to download a new theme. I got a message saying warning over the whol,e screen and therre was nothing left says warning create efault object. I ha to cancel hostagter services but this happened after i went and tried to download theme. So I was wondering can anyone suggest something to fix, delete, or etc.

  I dont have the website anymore but it still links there, Thank You Kindly, Lori
