Theme appearance changed after exporting to localhost

  Hello,

  I am new with WordPress and I need a bit of your help!

  I have this site : eestecblog.wordpress.com which I built it from the beginning on browser. Now I am trying to store it locally using Wamp. I exported the file and placed it on my localhost but the appearance has totally changed. It doesn’t show the correct tabs and content but it shows some of the pictures, not all. I have already activated the theme. How could I fix it? Should I customize the theme from the beginning locally?
