Theme appearance changed on its own

    Hi, I’m using the “Stay” theme, and I noticed today that while the menu tabs used to be in a different (lighter) color, they are now the same color as the background. The background used to be a dark red, and the menu text is in black, which made it impossible to read. I temporarily changed the background color to make the site readable, but I’m wondering what happened. I tried reactivating the theme and it didn’t help.

    lct2013, I’m so sorry for the trouble! The problem happened when a change to the theme’s color rules was made to try to fix a different problem and it caused some unintended side effects for some blogs. We did revert the changes as soon as we were alerted to the problem, but I think if you changed the colors while the problem was in action, then I would like to help you check on it to make sure everything is back in order.

    I opened the Appearance > Customize > Colors panel for your theme and re-saved the background color. I think this will work to put the colors back to exactly the way they were before the problem started. I tried checking to see if I could find an archive or cached copy of how your site looked before, but I couldn’t find one, so I will need to rely on you to let me know if everything is back to normal now.
