  I thought that when I purchased the $99 bundle, that it included the premium theme that I had selected and added to my cart before checking out.. Someone HELP.

  Hi there, the $99 Bundle does not include a Premium theme purchase. You can see here the description of what it includes: http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/

  We have plenty of free and premium themes here on WordPress.com, you can review them all here: http://theme.wordpress.com and you can purchase a premium theme in addition to your $99 Bundle. Let me know if you have further questions about this!
