Theme Bizberg Event Theme

    I have downloaded and activated the theme zip files but they dont appear on the homepage of the site as I am trying to edit it. Its a big blank page with minor designs similar to the desired (and purchased) site. But the whole design that I purchased doesn’t appear. Can you please assisst?

    Hi there – I see that we responded on March 23 to your original email to us about this. In our reply we shared some helpful videos that we found directly from the theme creators. Let us know if you did not receive that email.

    The documentation the theme creators make available here is pretty solid. If you have not seen this documentation yet take a peek and spend some good time there. Because you paid for the theme, it comes with support directly from the theme creators themselves. If you have questions as you go through the documentation, reach out to them. If you aren’t able to get the help from them that you need, drop us an email so we can come up with a plan to get this moving forward in a way you feel good about. :)
