Is it possible to:
a. Use a different theme for every page?
b. On a given page, is it possible not to show things such as comments. Pretty much everything except what I wrote? I want to guide readers to put all comments on a a POSTS page. If this makes sense to you, please tell me how? I will be forever indebted to you.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

a. No you cannot have a different theme on every page – one theme per blog is what you can have
b. All wordpress.com blogs by default have comments open on every post and page in the blog. We can choose to close comments on any post or page and over-ride the default. This page > Settings > Discussion http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/ Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.
We can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any post or page.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/Depending on the theme we use when we close comments a phrase like “comments closed” or a similar phrase may appear and if so, it can only be removed by CSS editing after purchasing a custom design upgrade.
