Theme called "Make"

Hello I am having trouble figuring out how to delete the “Leave a Reply” sections with my website. I am not sure if it’s possible with the theme I am using which is the “Make” theme, for eg; my “About Us” page has this written below the Leave a Reply section – You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>
<cite>
<del datetime=""> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> I think I would like to just delete the whole Leave a Reply part on this page but I can't figure out how.I am only new to WordPress and I would really appreciate any help or advice about this particular theme. Thank you in advance.
