Theme cancel and refund issues

    I have tried to cancel my Elemin theme several times over the last couple of days but it’s still showing up on my purchases? I still get the option to cancel and refund and I haven’t had any confirmation that it’s been canceled. Can anyone help?

    I have processed that refund for you and removed the theme. Not sure what happened there, but it should be all set now.

    Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
